Terms of Use

The rules of the house.

Last updated: 3 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and StoreData IP Ltd, HE 484586, Archiepiskopou Makariou III 59, Mouyias Tower, 3rd Floor, Office 301, 6017 Larnaca, Cyprus ("we"). By using Secrets you accept them.

1. Who can use Secrets

2. What you may publish

Secrets is explicit, not pornographic. You may publish adult texts and suggestive pictures. You may not publish:

Secrets must be your own. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules without notice.

3. Respect what others reveal to you

4. Keys and Premium

5. Your content and our licence

You keep all rights to what you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and distribute your content inside Secrets, for as long as you keep it in the app, so that the service can work. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models.

6. Safety

We check photos and texts, and we act on reports, but we cannot guarantee that every member is who they say they are. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are, and never send money to other members. Report anything that feels wrong.

7. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop the service. Unused keys and the remaining subscription period are not refunded when your account is closed because you broke the rules.

8. Liability

Secrets is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the behaviour of other members, for content they publish, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country still apply, and you may bring claims in your home courts. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are not obliged and do not undertake to take part in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration bodies.

10. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms where they are silent.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use Secrets afterwards means you accept the new terms.
